Reading “Hanuman Wisdom” was genuinely transformative for me. As someone who’s worked in different leadership roles, I found Dr. Sujata Singhi’s approach both refreshing and relatable. The way she connects Hanuman’s qualities — like courage and unwavering service — to corporate life didn’t feel forced or overly academic. I especially loved how the book blended stories from Indian mythology with real, everyday leadership challenges. It made me pause several times to reflect on my own work habits, especially during tough projects.
One part that stood out was the emphasis on spirituality in leadership. Normally, self-help books stay practical and shy away from anything that sounds spiritual, but here, it worked. The author’s ideas about bringing inner values into decision-making made me rethink how I relate to my team. Admittedly, at first, I was skeptical about whether ancient wisdom could really fit modern business, but the way practical tips and philosophical insights were woven together won me over.
I appreciated how the book didn’t pretend there are quick fixes for complex dilemmas. Instead, it encouraged self-reflection, patience, and steady personal growth — something missing in a lot of leadership books I’ve read. Whether you’re a seasoned manager or just starting out, you’ll find useful ideas here. For me, “Hanuman Wisdom” has already sparked some changes not just in how I lead at work, but how I view personal progress too. I would highly recommend for anyone ready for a deeper take on leadership.
I will not say more and leave it to you to read the book yourself and I trust you will love it as much as I did. I look forward to reading more of his book for sure.
